Toilet tissue holder (URGENT)
Tissue holder has broken off due age , replacement requested.
Routine inspection
Please advise if we can send a handyman to attend and replace the toilet roll holder and move to the opposite wall which will be out of the way when entering the toilet space and will prevent future issues.
Budget of $120.00 maximum to replace roll holder, patch and paint existing area.
Please approve or advise if you will arrange repairs. If we do not receive instructions in 48 hours we will arrange minor repairs in yours and your tenant's best interests (to ensure Section 185 of the RTRA Act is being upheld by the lessor). This also ensures we/you have control of the cost so your tenant does not organise their own repairs. If any major repairs are required we will ask trades to quote.
我的疑虑在于第一 这并不像漏水停电之类urgent的项目,归为urgent是否合理?第二中介有权48小时之内自己叫维修工吗?
