也就是说RH是阴性的，这样的血型少见，听说小宝宝还容易溶血 ，所以我一直好小心， 反正在小宝宝生出来之前一直好担心呀。

Beside common ABO RBC type (A, B, AB, O), there is also Rh type (positive or negative).  

Rh negative is not common in Chinese Han population, about 0.03%, that is 99.97% of Han Chinese are Rh positive.
However, in Caucasian (European white), about 15% population are Rh negative.

For a pregnant woman who is Rh negative, if her baby has a Rh positive blood group (it will be likely if the father of the child is Chinese), there is a risk that the pregnant woman becomes isoimmunised - produce antibody attack Rh positive red blood cells and cause baby anaemia. Most severe at next pregnancy.

To prevent isoimmunisation, your doctor will give you Anti-D injection at 28 weeks and 34 weeks and after birth or if you have any vaginal bleeding during pregnancy. With Anti-D injections, 98% isoimmunisation can be provented.

已经给了医院了，也说很少见呢。
我们两口子都是中国人呀，宝宝一般就会是RH阳性了。
不过看来找不到同类呀，呵呵

上次看节目，好像rh阴性血在亚洲人当中很少，属于熊猫血，但是在西方人当中并不是很少，所以不用担心，肯定没问题的。

如果是妈妈rh阴性血,生第一个孩子是肯定没有问题的.但是生第二个孩子的时候,有可能会发生问题.
简单地说就是孩子容易的溶血症.
还有妈妈如果是0型,爸爸是ab型的.第二胎也容易得溶血症.
但是呢,只要事先知道,孩子出身后就马上换血的话,就没有问题的.

好像ABO溶血在第一胎就会有，很不凑巧的是，我既是RH阴性，和老公不同，宝宝很可能产生RH溶血；
同时我也是O型，老公是AB，还很有可能第一胎这个宝宝就会有ABO溶血。
太可怕了。

我记得在12周-15周不是有个验血吗，里面有个项目是验这个ABO溶血的，一般如果医生说没事应该是报告显示溶血的几率不大吧。而且，这边的理论，即使溶血我们也做不了什么呀，到孩子生下来如果黄疸严重的话我们会处理的....
