As you are aware, you recently tried to purchase a Robot Coupe Robot Cook Commercial Food Processor 3.7 Ltr online from us. Unfortunately, a mistake was made and the product was advertised for $49.90 ex GST over the weekend. This advertised price was coded onto our website in error and the actual price we intended to sell this product for is $3,999 ex GST which is the manufacturer’s RRP. This mistake was unintentional and we took action to remove the product from sale as soon as we found out. We will be therefore be cancelling all orders that included this product, processing immediate refunds where relevant. If you purchased using a credit card, a refund will be issued within 2-5 business days depending on your bank. If you purchased using PayPal, the refund may take up to 5-10 business days due to PayPal procedures. If you purchased using direct deposit please do not process the payment, If you have, Nisbets will contact you directly within 5 business days to organise a refund.
If you’re still interested in purchasing this product or had other products on order that have now been cancelled due to this error, please contact our sales support team on 1300 225 960. We are happy to provide a 10% discount off the above recommended retail price of $3,999 ex GST if you still wish to purchase the Robot Coupe food processor.
