亲戚600签证，8503和8531都有。
8503 －－ No further stay
This condition means that you are not entitled to be granted a substantive visa, other than a
protection visa, while you remain in Australia.
8531 －－ Must leave before visa expiry
This condition means that you are not allowed to stay in Australia beyond the period of stay
permitted by your visa.
移民局给的邮件说8503可以waive,但8531是不能取消的。也就是说到期还是得回国。我的问题是：如果8503取消了，而现有签证还没有到期，可以onshaore申请一个新的签证吗？这样算不算违反8531呢？有没有有经验的朋友？ |
