这是刚去ANA官网上online chat给的消息：
International flight tickets which ticket number starting with 205 can be changed/refunded without a fee in the following cases.
■All routes to / from Japan
＜Eligible tickets＞
① Issue date： Until the ticket issued on February 28, 2020
② Boarding date：From February 28, 2020 to April 5, 2020
＜About refund＞
If you contact us within one year and 30 days from the travel start date (or issue date if it has not started), you will be given refunds.
■ Airline tickets purchased at the ANA website, ANA telephone counter, and airport counter
（1）Paid ticket
Refunds will be made without a fee from the "Cancel" button on the ANA website Reservation Confirmation screen. (Until 24 hours before flight departure)
（2）Award ticket
Refunds can be made at ANA telephone counters without any processing mileage.
<How to change boarding date>
Passengers with eligible tickets can change their boarding date "once" up to April 30, 2020.
■Tickets purchased on the ANA website
（1）Paid ticket
Refunds will be made without a fee from the "Cancel" button on the ANA website Reservation Confirmation screen. (Until 24 hours before flight departure)
（2）Award ticket
Reservations can be changed from Application/Change of ANA International Award ticket.
■Airline tickets purchased at ANA telephone counters and airport counters
Changes can be made at the ANA telephone counter without any fees.
