现在公司的lesaing 找了admin的工作，所以离职了。
现在需要一名 property officer / Leasing manager ，seek的广告还没有登。
主要责任是以下：
Advertising all vacant properties online
Co-ordinate open times & liaison with tenants
Prepare leases & carry out lease sign ups
Follow up all phone & email inquiry from prospective tenants
Process rental applications & references
Manage Saturday & mid-week opens
Getting keys cut and signed out
Managing private inspections where applicable
需要的要求是：
A current Certificate of Registration and a valid driver’s license and vehicle are essentials for this role.
Minimum 12 months experience in the industry is required and Mandarin speaking skills would be advantageous
老板是鬼老，不过基本不管事，Property management 这边现在是我和另外一个鬼婆PM。
是初级职位，薪水会根据经验，大概是50-60k 左右，具体的要和老板谈。
公司在Rhodes，80%的物业都是在RHODES, WWP, SOP, Ryde附近。远的也有不过不多。
