帮我朋友发的贴找工作。先谢谢大家！

他刚从国内过来，做过Project Engineer和Site Engineer。没有本地经验，求职一直不顺利，而且网站上找的都是senior position不会考虑他的国内经验。
他英文非常流利，也肯吃苦，肯从entry level做起。请大家看看有没有适合他的工作！
因为我不懂Engineer的东西，所以把他的简历修改了一下发上来。

•        Supervision & management of planning and execution of construction works as per the design drawing & standard specifications.
•        Ensuring the completion of projects, by making and following the schedule charts on projected Time and Budget
•        Working in the preparations of  Contracts, Risk Analysis and Management and Value Engineering
•        Effective Communication and liaison with architects, contractors, subcontractors, consultants, client & labourers  
•        Preparing Tender documents
•        Performing quantity estimates, cost estimates, rate analysis
•         Inspection of construction works as per design specifications.
•        Finding solutions to design problems and corrected project deficiencies.
•        Ensuring QA of construction work   
•        Following and managing  all OH & S standards during construction process

•        Supervision & management of construction works as per the design drawing & standard specifications.
•        Performing quantity estimates, cost estimates, rate analysis and preparations of reports.
•        Performing Analysis & interpretations of engineering drawings and making amendments, where necessary, according to
         site condition
•        Making material schedules and equipment purchases and delivery.
•        Managing solutions to design problems
•        Effectively Dealing with architects, subcontractors, consultants, client & co-workers  and assist on civil engineering matters
•        Management of budgets and resources at site.
•        Following of safety precaution during construction process.

Computer Skills

•        Computer Application like Microsoft Office Packages – Microsoft Word, Excel Spreadsheet, PowerPoint
•        Working experience of Microsoft Project
•        Auto CAD
•         Solid understanding of various operating systems like Linux and Windows.
•        Understanding of Risk Management software like Crystal ball

put in highlights in "achievement" column to grab enough of attention, detailize the standard, supervision, analysis, estimates, by what, how, where used and results.

职责写的太笼统。
最好把参与过的主要工程列出，并说明你在其中的职责及成就。要把你职业生涯中最得意的地方包括进来。

Also
* incorperate the computer skills into the individual project practice descirption if possible
* brief the nature of your ex-companies, including ownership,rank in industrial
* do research on website, try to understand how the PE works in AU and update your CV accordingly. (use local technical language)

建议楼主的朋友如果可能的话先了解一下本地的设计规范，会好些:)

虽然市场气氛不错， 不过最近JOB MARKET还是不是太强， 对求职者来说贵在坚持，认真总结每次面试的经验，重点得放在TRANSFERABLE SKILLS。

对上面的简历节选， 如上面以有TX指出， 只写RESPONSIBILITY没有写ACHIEVEMENTS是难以让雇主接受的；
还有SKILLS, 不要用“LIKE ...”， 懂什么， 什么水平直接说， 不要含糊不清。
