直接找 Department of Agriculture and Water Resources ， 电话 1800 900 090， 他们会告诉你你的产品需不需要许可证。另外，他们给你的出口批文就是健康证明，不是分开的那种单独healthy certificate。他们会给你一份EX188B的格式表格，按要求填好以后电子邮件发过去就可以了，但电子邮件的抬头一定要注意，不按照他们要求写的话不会接受处理文件的。具体要求如下。
Industry Advice Notice (IAN) issued 12/02/2018 (ATTACHED) details new requirements for Email Subject Titles when emailing requests to ASG Food Exports.
Exporters/agents now must use specific Email Subject Titles that contain the following information:
- Transport type (air/ sea)
- Request type (Review/ Authorisation/ amendment/ query/ collection)
- Date of departure
- Request for permit number or manual certificate type
- Commodity (Dairy, Eggs, Fish etc…)
- Destination Country
- Exporter name
Examples
Subject: Air, Review, 27/1/17, RFP 7119011, Meat, Korea, ABC Exports
Subject: Sea, Amendment, 27/1/17, RFP 7023114, NPG, China, ABA Foods
Subject: Query, November, Meat, Japan, ZZZ Meat Exports
Subject: Air, Manual, 27/1/17, EX188B, NPG, Sri Lanka, ABC Foods, Brisbane
表格容易出错的地方是
- The “Vessel/Aircraft” box requires the actual Vessel name and voyage number
- Rule off the vacant space under the details (as per example attached)
- Rule off the vacant space under the “Additional certification” box
- Sign and date the EX188B
