Job Descriptions:
· Developing a practical sales strategy to complete performance indicators according to the company's payment business expansion target, and aiming to achieve rapid growth of the company's business and investment returns
· Being responsible for managing the business activities of the team, and providing professional coaching and training to team members to improve team cohesion
· Being responsible for the company's payment products in Australia's market planning, business development, regular market forecasting and analysis, to provide a strategic basis for company decisions
· Based on a deep understanding of the future Australian payment system, developing a targeted cooperation plan and making a follow-up plan according to the period in which the industry is located
· Being responsible for managing the multi-channel development and signing of the team
· Being responsible for the maintenance and promotion of customer relationships, propose project strategies, and ensure the realization of departmental sales indicators
· Assisting operations and technical support to address the daily problems encountered by merchants
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or above in business or finance related education background
· More than 1 years working experience in sales related same position in Fin-Tech industry
· Proficient mandarin/English skills
· Have online and offline resources and network resources in the payment industry
· The candidate who has good cooperation with POS systems and brand customers is preferred
· Understanding the latest payment products and technologies of the Internet
· Being familiar with the implementation logic of UnionPay, network association and aggregation payment platform technology
· Knowing the simple technical interface and message
· Being familiar with the technical terms of the conventional system docking method
· Having rich payment product marketing skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Having excellent team management skills and being familiar with the team incentive system
· Honest and trust worthy, having a strong sense of responsibility
· Recognizing the company's culture; being positive, diligent and aggressive
· Being self-disciplined, courageous and competent in the work of the start-up companies under high pressure
· Being aware ofChina/Australia financial laws and regulations, regulatory policies and national industry, industrial policies and operational processes
· Having certain insight and sensitivity to market trends and strong market predictive ability
