猪流感蔓延了，孕妇高危，怎么办？

还是带上口罩把,BABY和孕妇的安全最重要啊.管别人怎么想呢,爱怎么想怎么想.
我LG现在出门都带口罩,这里人看见他,居然都绕着他走,他们这些人脑子是不是不清醒啊,,,,,有人还上来问说你没事把,他们好象完全没有防患于未然的这种想法,蠢的简直不可救药.

当时我也在北京,我觉得是政府的问题,北京当时非常重视,医护人员也很到位,该隔离的隔离,该休息的休息,大家都带口罩,尽量在家
澳洲政府做了什么,怎么宣传的,恐怖啊

SARS的时候我就在受灾中心地带北京。。但是感觉那个时候街上没人，到处都没人。。基本待在家里，其实安全的很。现在完全不同，感觉对孕妇非常危险。。

National case update
Australia has 6353 confirmed cases of H1N1 Influenza 09, an increase of 620 cases since noon yesterday.
The total number of Australian deaths associated with H1N1 Influenza 09 is currently 13, with 7 reported in Victoria, 2 in NSW, 1 in Western Australia, 1 in South Australia, 1 in the Northern Territory and 1 in Tasmania.
Since noon yesterday there have been two more recorded deaths, one in a man aged in his 50s in the Northern Territory who had underlying risk factors, and another death announced this morning by Tasmanian Health authorities in an 85-year-old woman, who had a chronic lung condition, who died in the Royal Hobart Hospital on Sunday.
Of the new cases there are: 11 in the ACT, 86 in NSW, 17 in the NT, 308 in Qld, 58 in SA, 11 in Tasmania, 63 in Victoria and 66 in Western Australia.
The national breakdown of cases is: ACT 266, NSW 1532, NT 381, Qld 1165, SA 666, Tas 118, Vic 1865, WA 360.

For pregnant women, who has significant exposure to a person with influenza like-illness, should see your GP for Tamiflu prophylaxis.  It is free.

Influenza like-illness is defined as "acute onset of illness with temperature ≥ 38.0˚C or significant history of fever (rigors, sweating chills), plus two or more of cough, sore throat, body aches, fatigue/tiredness or shortness of breath.

Significant exposure is classified as being within 1 metre and > 15 mins without personal protective equipment.

Swab to test for Swine flu is no longer done in majority of the patients with influenza like-illness.

It is recommended for pregnant women to has flu vaccination to protect themself from seasonal flu.

今天看阿根廷那个华人孕妇感染swine flu死亡, 她剖腹产出来的婴儿也死了.
"医生初步判断，由于王娜接受治疗时被注射了大量的抗生素等药物，因此对胎儿造成药物感染，致其死亡。"
说明tamilu 对胎儿是有影响的啊, 真的好担心

我在澳洲最大的一家化验公司上班，最近TEST出的数据是非常惊人的，不过最可恨的是澳洲人的态度，他们认为每年流感季节死亡的人也不少，所以没什么了不起的。
让我出离愤怒的是，我们办公室有7个人，5个人严重感冒的情况下（咳嗽打喷嚏），我就买了口罩带上，我的经理明知道我怀孕10周，居然不允许我带口罩，说是要我不要吓到别人，还说要我考虑别人的感受，我都快被他气疯了！公司根本没有规定不需带口罩，我其他同事也非常理解。这件事情让我心情很不好，上周我是坚持带口罩的，不知道下周会怎样。

打电话问过专门医院,得到的回复是猪流感不会伤害到肚子里的宝宝,但是会让孕妇非常sick,所以一旦孕妇得了，马上找医生，他们会想办法办法帮助孕妇。
很肯定的回答啊。

还有一种治疗猪流感的特效药叫乐感清RELENZA，在日本的研究说对孕妇和胎儿没有伤害。澳洲有没有呀？

据说今天的澳洲的猪流感确认人数已经达到一万了，一天就增加了 700 多个患者，按这样的发展速度，如果不采取什么有力的措施的话，后果难以预计。据我所知，现在在伦敦已经至少有两例健康人死于猪流感了。恐怖

墨西哥人口这么多，也只是有 1万二千多例感染，我就不明白澳洲为什么会有那么多例？ （当然跟澳洲正值冬季有关系，但是控制的力度也是太不得力了）
