和建筑商签了合同,决定了设计方案,去CDC申请的时候
建筑商发来email如下:
Please see below advise from hydraulic engineers about flood study as we discussed earlier:
We have extracted the flood mapping and attach a copy following(Map显示我们Area coloured Grey/grey).
We note that (my address) is adjacent to an easement and overland flowpath.(这个 easement是紧邻侧面fence,但是在邻居那边)
The site is not subject to mainstream flooding from Terrys Creek.
A flood study will be required to determine the extent of overland flow affecting the subject site.
The findings of the flood study will determine if CDC is possible.
At this stage the flood study will be required for either a DA or CDC.
flood study大概要我们另外支付5千左右。
我们的149 上是这样写的:

hatched on plan number 13717B being known drainage problem areas.
Areas coloured grey/grey hatched on plan number 13717B being known drainage
problem areas only be permitted to be developed subject to detailed hydraulic
investigation of the potential impact of the development in the area.
我们去council问了下,我们不在flood 区域,只是在overland flowpath. 建造的时候,可能要抬高房子的地面高度,让水流过去。
parramatta council有那种付费200左右的flood application,council说这个flood application会有20多页,会有数据,可提供给建筑商/设计师l,以便决定房子要抬高多少。
我们想问下懂行的坛友,我们这种情况,flood application是否足够了, 会不会之后还要做overland flow study 或 flood study ?
