Position Title:Customer Service Officer, Administration
Location: Melbourne
Reporting to:Team Leader, Customer Service
Provide support to the Administration (Operations) Centre, focussing on providing a Total Customer Service to Fund members and to the satisfaction of the Fund Trustees
Key Tasks/Responsibilities:
•As part of the Operations Team, provide superior service to fund members and employers by completing daily administration tasks within service standards and quality measures:
•Assist the team in answering calls both internal and external.
• rocess member and employer correspondence within policies, procedures and quality standards to assist the team in achieving the required standard in line with ISO 9002 requirements.
•Ensure compliance with all legislative, financial, policy, procedural and quality requirements.
• articipate as a positive member of the team by co-operating with others to achieve the team’s goals
•Minimise rework and suggest changes to improve quality/ efficiency to the team leader.
•Comply with company OH&S policy and procedure

Communication:Expresses ideas effectively in individual and group situations; uses and shares information resources effectively.
