第一题，B车让，显而易见，这个没争议！
但是第二题，我个人认为题目没说清楚
你只是把行车路线画出来，但是在路口时两车的相对位置才是重要关键！

分为两个不同状况：
1. A B两车同时距离虚线前1米（尚未出线），转弯让直行的原则，A 让 B
2. B车还在线内，但是A车已开出去进入主道，可用支道让主道的原则，B 让 A
    （A车驾驶必须在右转之前，确认有安全的距离和时间能够通过，不可抢！）

所以，依A车的位置不同，会有不同答案，这是个人理解。
另外，在这种无号志的路口转弯，我一定会看对方驾驶人的眼睛，当他同时也看到我的时候
并表示礼让，我才会放心的前进。反之亦然，我会挥手让他先走，反正一定要和对方互动。

Both two figures are showing the two cars are in the intersection or approaching the intersection of the road, this is obvious. We are talking about general give way rules based on the common sense.

If following your thought, the first question also has two different scenarios:
1. Both car A and car B approaching the intersection
2. Car A is in the middle of the road, Car B is approaching the intersection

We don't mention some hidden pre-condition, because it's common sense. The purpose of all road rules is to keep all drivers safe.

当时情况也是要列入考量来做出最安全的判断。
