我上个星期五才考完的CORPORATE GOVERNANCE. 说实话比108 RPP 好懂的多。
以下是我刚写的helpful hints. 我只写了英文的版本因为公司里很多小孩在考CPA不懂中文。
有兴趣的朋友请耐心看完哈。
最重要一条，一定要做好自己的笔记。
附件是4 道 问答题的Q&A。
Helpful hint for do the exam on the Corporate Governence exam:
1. During 15 mins reading time, read the 4 questions rather than the multiple choices. You are not allowed to write or mark (nail mark was allowed, that was what the examiner said. Fainting~~~) You can fold the page that was related to the questions. This was really helping me a lot. I spent 1 hrs 50 mins on the multiple choinces and the rest on writing the answers for those four questions. I didn’t spend much on “thinking” about the questions cuz it was all done in the 15 mins reading time. I still have 13 mins left after answering the questions and went back to check the multiple choices.
2. If you don’t know the answer for the questions, don’t worry. There will be a large chance that you might find them when you do the multiple choices.
3. Chapter 7 was not easy to get the structure and the clear picture. Don’t worry. There were only 7 multiple choices about that.
4. You need to read the short cases in chapter 3, chapter 5 and chapter 6 because they will be exam in multiple choices. For example, for the following case, which one was related to the product restraints:
A. ACCC v Pioneer concrete
B. Brien Glass Industries Pty Ltd v Cool & Sons Pty Ltd
C. ACCC v Simply No Knead Pty Ltd
D. Country Road Clothing P/L v Najee Nominees P/L
There are about 3-4 multiple choice questions like this.
5. Do the questions in each chapter and read the answer and REMEMBER them. At least remember where they are. It would be tested in the big writing answer questions.
6. Read the short case study in chapter 5. At least 2 of them were examed. Eg: Case study 5.7.
7. If you don’t have the time to read the appendix reading, the purple paper ones, then you don’t need to read them. |
