Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in completing common customer service consultant tasks;
- Developing consulting solutions and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure services meet their needs to achieve best outcomes for the company;
- Perform clerical, secretarial, organizational and other administrative functions;
- Will be in charge of managing consulting teams.
Requirements:
- 3 years or above experience in a similar role, strong ability in customer management;
- Be comfortable liaising and building relationships with customers, business partners, referral agents and other stakeholders;
- Excellent communicating skills, Outstanding problem solving skills, able to deal with a various situations quickly;
- Superior learning skills, able to deal with pressure and must be a team player;
- Fluent in both Chinese and English.
Possessing the following skills would be advantageous:
- Work experiences in law or other professional fields, such as consultant or accounting;
- Experience in Sales/Consulting Teams management before.
