Job Descriptions:
Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggest information about other products and services;
Open customer accounts by recording account information;
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint;
Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments;
Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analysing customer information;
Manage and participate in approaching products with clients, actively developing markets;

Requirements:
Be knowledgeable of financial products or services such as currency exchange and global remittance
Be able to perform basic accounting tasks such as bookkeeping and filing;
Previous experience related to currency exchange is preferred;
Fluently speaking in both Mandarin and English; Cantonese is a bonus;
Establish a good relationship with customers at maintaining and promoting the company's brand image;

Workplace: Box Hill;
Work duration: 5 -6 days/week;
Internship period: 3-month, return offer is available;
