雇佣合同的加班时间

准备签一个雇佣合同，看到关于工作时间的第13条款 “Your remuneration includes all payment for any overtime worked.” 这种加班条款一般合同都有吗？加班不给加班费和match time。

10. Your normal hours of work are 37.5 hours per week.
11. Your Employer may reasonably vary your hours of work. It must give you reasonable notice. If
your Employer requires you to work additional hours that may be necessary for the performance
of your duties, then you agree that these hours arereasonable.
12. If your Line Manager asks you to work overtime, then you will be expected to do so — as long as
you have been given adequate notice and their request isreasonable.
13. Your remuneration includes all payment for any overtime worked.

我们公司合同有提到salary已经包括了reasonable overtime working。也只是这么一说，从来就没有overtime过

主要看你有没有可能加班。好多企业这样写， 实际并没有可能加班。

都有的，如果是package salary的话。我就比较惨，这份新工作因为老板在美国和在手的项目，要不是大早上就是晚上开会。不过大家都看在眼里，平时早走也没人废话。这边的头也说谁叽叽歪歪让谁去找他。上次请假说干嘛还请假啊，说那天不来就好了，年假留着。
熬过这项目估计好些。

关键要看加班的reasonable hours。
