The company is a well-established and fast growing freight forwarding and customs agent. We are Corporate Customs Licensed Broker, have 77G bonded and AQIS approved warehouse, and are well known air cargo agent. We are looking for an experienced Logistics Officer and Cartage Coordinator to grow with the company. .
Key Accountabilities for this role are:-
• Liaising with the customer service officers and exports/imports officers for transport
• Arranging driver schedules and organizing picking up/delivery
• Monitoring the drivers’ performance
• Arranging trucks maintaining and repairing services
• Communicating with the drivers to make sure tasks completed.
• Maintaining excellent service to internal and external customers at all time.
To be successful in this role you will need to have the following skills and experience:-
• Coordinating/Team leader experience
• Attention to detail
• Excellent Customer Service Skills and Communication Skills
• Great organization skills, positive and friendly.
