妈妈143签证到五年满的时候只能住满大概一年半，能担保我爸吗？

我妈签证明年就5年了，但是大概算了下，住满时间也就1年半左右，因为前几年我也离开了澳洲。准备明年我妈满五年了担保我爸，这样是不是没住满五年就不给续签五年，就不能担保我爸PR了？

那明年7月第一个五年签证就到期了。到那个时候没有两年。是在境内不需要申请RRV是妈

pr过期前回澳洲，待满两年（往前推五年满两年），就可以担保了。
pr在境内不出境不用续。

我自己没有经验 所以不敢说100%，但理论上应该是这样，比较保险......

be an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen
be 18 years old or older
not have a relevant offence and a significant criminal record.
If your partner in Australia is under 18 and you are married to them, your partner’s parent or guardian might be able to sponsor you if they are an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen.

Australian permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen sponsors must usually live in Australia.

Eligible New Zealand citizen sponsors might also need to have a health check.

如果不满两年的话，谈不上usually live in au吧......当然，也可以给移民局打电话确认一下。

是要满至少两年的。我朋友的父母担保，因为他自己没有5年内住满两年都被拒了

不光是两年的问题，这两年里面应该主要住在澳洲，离境超过三个月大概就不算了，但是这个决定权在移民局手里。

你担保你爸妈移民，你需要证明你已经在澳洲settled，通常是需要住满两年，假如没有住满，必须提供有说服力的证明文件。

你妈妈担保你爸爸，这个不需要settled，但是必须要持有143超过5年才可以，就是说PR续签以后才可以。
