if you work oversea with the intention of returning to Australia, the rent will likely be taxed as if you are Australia. This is relating to tax residency issue, unfortunately, it can't be explained in a fews words as there are so many factors to consider.
I suggest you explain your intentions and living/working plans oversea to an accountant. A short and generic answer here will not be too helpful to you. |
