Project Operator - Glass and Aluminium (Melbourne-based)
Mercury Industry Pty Ltd. would like to appoint an additional Project Operator to join our team in Melbourne to have oversight of projects.
We are a Melbourne based glass and aluminium company and operate commercial divisions and provide product and labour throughout the state. The Project Operator will be based at Moorabbin head office and project site.
Project Operator applicants will possess:
                The ability to delegate and manage site staff and subcontractors;
                A professional, customer-focused approach and strong attention to detail;
                Having ability to drafty detail drawing by using AutoCAD;
                Good reading and written ability of English;
                Can speak and read Mandarin;
                A proven track record in the successful delivery of large scale Glass and Aluminium contracts in the commercial construction industry (Option); and
                You have to be an Australian resident.
The role will include:
                The delivery of medium to large scale projects within required time and cost parameters;
                Purchasing materials, managing staff and ensuring all finished products meet the client's needs;
                Site measurement and check; and
                Being prepared to work on site with site staff if needed.
