公司在墨尔本的Dandenong South. 现在需要招一名短期的Accounts Administrator 来cover Maternity Leave.
The role
This is a Maternity Contract for a minimum 4 months commencing Monday 15th January 2018. It will be for 4 days per week and is flexible, working 9am-4.30pm with free parking onsite. You will report to the Commercial Manager on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
• Accounts Receivable
• Debt collection/credit control
• Account reconciliations & statement dispersal
• Rebates & credit claims
• Daily Bank Reconciliation
• Reconcile Monthly credit card statements
• Reception
• All general reception duties
• Ensure adequate back up to phones at all times
• Manage visitors upon entry to building
• Orders/Invoices & customer care back-up on a daily basis
• Other duties allocated from time to time by Commercial Manager and/or CEO
• Process & and upload expense payments
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role – strong understanding of AR functions
• Good MS Office skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Friendly & outgoing
• Proven ability to work in part of a team
• High attention to detail & accuracy
