About the Position
We are now seeking highly motivated individuals to join our small team.
• Responding customer enquiries and feedbacks, including pre-sales consulting, after-sales service, problem solving and complaint handling.
• Managing customer relationship by providing prompt online communication, rectifying unreasonable online feedbacks and striving for positive comments.
• Developing multi social media networks such as Facebook page promotions.
Skills and Qualification Required for the Position
• Self-motivated with a passion to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• High attention to details
• Good phone communication skills
• High School Certificate or above
• Ability to work as part of a small team and assist others when needed
• Must be available for full time work (Monday to Friday, 9.30am-5.30pm), days of special events flexibility required
• Office based in Roselands. Parking is available.
• Mandarin speaker will be an advantage
Two Weeks paid training will be provided. Immediately start.
