请问我如何知道我想买的生意,他们所报的毛利,净利润数值是真实可靠的?是我自己调查吗?
还是有什么公司,比如会计事物所,有这个服务项目,他们帮我调查?

Accountants can conduct a review of the seller's business, however, a reliable review usually take a consider amount of time, depending on the size of the business you are buying. you may want to engage an accountant to do a review.
