PwC Graduate Program 2010 - Open Questions求助

正在填写PWC的网上申请，open question比较棘手，想问各位给些建议如何回答会比较好。问题如下：

1. Why do you choose auditing?

2. From a life and/or work experience from the previous 24 months, please describe a key skill or capability that you have gained that you will bring to your work at PwC?

3. From a life and/or work experience from the previous 24 months, have you identified an area for personal development and what are you what are you doing to develop this?

4. Describe a time that you have had to work as part of a team to achieve a result. What was your role in the team and did your team succeed? If not, what would you do differently if there was another opportunity?

5. Can you explain a time that you have had a significant responsibility? What was it? How did you manage that responsibility and would you do anything differently if you had another opportunity?

6. Is there anything else you would like to add in support of your application?

我觉得这个open qs通常都是自己编填的吧，没有什么统一的答案，主要是突出自己的特点，每个人的经历不一样吧。
不过我觉得open qs我也挺怕的，因为通常也是不知道该写什么，因为也没什么好的例子和经历， 赫赫

really differs from one to another, just let them know what YOU have experienced
there's good chance they'll bring up one or two of these questions in your interview next round, asking you to tell them more about how you managed to achieve XXXXXXX and you'll be in trouble if the stories you have in your behavioural question answers are not yours
