Subaru Impreza MY17 的service是12个月一次的吧？

我买这个车的时候，dealer明确告诉我service改成12个月一次了，我上subaru网站也是这样说的，但是Subaru service的人一个劲给我打电话，说我的车到期要service了，每次我都要给他们解释，然后他们还一副状况外，好像完全不知道改成12个月了！电话都打来3，4次了！

现在弄得我开始怀疑自己了。。。

这个Impreza 2017的service是真的改成12个月一次了。。吧？？？

悉尼的 Artarmon service centre。反正我觉得给我打电话的人都很不专业，完全状况外。前天给我电话那个先是说我的service due了；我说我的车MY17，是12个月才要service的；然后他立刻改口说，这个是complementary health check；我就反问：是那个一个月的 free of charge 的 health check？对方说，对啊对啊，就是那个。我都无语了，我早就做过这个 health check。。。

我看了一下，前提条件是 All new Subaru’s sold and delivered by  participating authorised Subaru retailers between 01/09/2016 to 30/09/2016 are subject to Subaru’s 12 Month/25,000klm Free Service。我的车不符合这个条件啊。
