房客报修，该怎么破？新手求教

收到Agent的信，说房客有以下报修：
The light switch in the ensuite is faulting. It doesn’t always turn on, and sometimes flickers on and off.
They have said there is exposed pipework in the walk in robe from the air conditioner. Its apparently letting insects inside, I’ve asked if they can send me a photo of what the problem is.
The back screen door lock isn’t working properly
One of the kitchen cupboards isn’t opening properly and is dragging on the kitchen bench, leaving scratches

像这种情况大家一般怎么处理？像开关那个我觉得可以理解 可能需要电工，锁那个是不是我可以自己去换？另外另外都不清楚具体什么情况

开关要电工，不过电工上门挺贵的。
其他找handyman或者自己修就可以了

第一个肯定是电工了。中间那个貌似他concern 那个insect。可能要除虫的样子。  后面handyman了。 不过中介都可以帮你找的。

最好不要用中介的，自己有人找最好

自己有熟悉的。省钱的当然好。。

这些都得修啊，第一个肯定要电工了，一个小时的活应该够了。
Back screen door 的锁完全可以自己换。
kitchen cupboards isn’t opening properly and is dragging on the kitchen bench, leaving scratches, 橱柜的门都是可以上下调的，一把螺丝刀搞定。
空调管道那个，在缝隙处打点泡沫胶？
