家里有颗死树，不太清楚是否可以直接砍掉。
下面是council关于死树的描述，大意是死树可以豁免砍树申请。但是后面啰里八嗦的什么advised the applicant of its satisfaction that the subject tree(s)有点看不明白到底council要说啥？
