租客6月29号搬离，留下垃圾，物业管理代理说不可自行丢弃，需要拿到court order, 昨天刚刚拿到ourt order, 但order是关于退bond的，只是给我$595 的清洁费用，其余的bond金退还租客。
从6月底到现在，大概损失6周的租金，于是联系保险公司索赔租金损失，CommSure 给我个清单，要求提供下列文件：

• Signed tenancy agreement

• Receipts for repairs taken out of the Bond

我联系物管经理，她现在很不配合，而这些文件很多我又没有，该如何办理？
找律师告物业管理公司？还是怎样？请有经验的同学给支支招，谢谢。 |
