I need to run a pay details report for a bulk of employees for the whole year, but need to see the details month by month.

Does anyone here knows how to do that with SAP system?

If you have authorization, you can display payrall detail report by using SAP standard payroll report. It is just in the Payroll area menu. Good luck.

I got the authorization.

but I can only get it for one pay period, not the whole year.

Do you know the transaction code?
