Daily key duties and responsibilities
• Job registrations
• Lodging of SCA
• Tracking of consignments and keeping customers updated
• Liaising with overseas agents, service providers and customers
• Preparing all necessary documentation
• Any other duties as set out by management
To be considered you must possess the following attributes:
• Preferred operational freight forwarding experience, however training will be provided if necessary;
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service capabilities
• Attention to details
• Strong and professional work ethic
