申请了一个职位，回邮件让我回答五个问题，求指点，看看怎么回复不会落入'陷阱'，LZ不吝啬给分。谢谢！

How do you feel about being outside of your comfort zone and having to constantly
learn and stay on top of the new developments in the industry?

How do you see yourself working independently without supervision and with a very
few points of support, where you need to make critical decisions on your own?

How important training/development program for you is?


Q4:       
How do you imagine yourself working in an office where most of your colleagues are
interacting with each other and customers in another language?


Q5:       
Are you a good team player, supportive and caring with team members and peers,
working hard for the “good of the order”, sometimes sacrificing your own agenda?

我都不知道怎么说这样的帖子。不知道你的背景学历经验工作的职位title公司的背景大小.........你指望能得到什么样的帮助？这看上去就是些大路得不能再大路的问题，稍微有点工作经验的都能给出例子说过去。

Sorry，时间有点紧，今早收到邮件，12小时内要回复掉，还没来得及写出来。Q2,Q3,Q5其实没什么问题，都准备好了，随时动笔。现在就是Q1和Q4有些纠结！
Q1：我的思路是，陈述自己的adaptability，不甘寂寞，乐于学习新技术，挑战压力，与时俱进
Q4：能否凸出？口头语言不是问题，肢体语言可以协助沟通、缓解压力。很open，放得开，在陌生语言环境下不会感到不适和被忽视。并且business上大家都是用英语沟通，没问题。
