28度卡payment handling fee

有用28度卡的童鞋吗？七月开始28度卡每月收取$0.95的payment handling fee。没有任何通知，这笔收费就默默的出现在statement上了。大家都是怎么处理的？提供银行账号direct debit?
有没有其他可以替代28度在海外消费的信用卡呢?

我也被扣了0.95， 打电话去问他们说是从其他银行转账过去的BPAY要收费了

唯一不被扣钱的付款方式是LOGIN你自己的ACCOUNT, 选择PAY my account, 把其他银行的帐号和金额授权给他们扣款


我也觉得28度卡越来越鸡肋了，大家有其他的卡推荐吗？ 海外旅行时用，不收INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTION FEE, 汇率不错，最好是能取现的

不需要设置Direct Debit

用账户里面的Online Payment功能即可，无任何费用，其实这个功能等同于从自己的银行转账付款，与bPay没啥差别。

No-fee payments are now available in the Online Service Centre. Login and click Pay My Account

关于这个收费应该在email和online account里有更新，只是我们不去看而已
Payment handling fee        $2.50 (in person)
$0.95 (online) This excludes payments made via the Online Service Centre.

唯一优势是网购，海外的那种，汇率不错也没有手续费和外汇转换费。No International transaction fees on purchases and Currency conversion fees

当然，作为一张无任何年费的卡，除了没有积分，其实留着也不错，而且现在基本上都已升级成白金卡，包括了全球旅行保险（用的是口碑不错的SOUTHERN CROSS TRAVEL INSURANCE）还有：

Price Protection

If you buy something with your 28 Degrees Platinum MasterCard and you see its dropped in price at the same retailer anytime in the first 6 months after you bought it, we’ll pay the difference in price back onto your card. So the more you claim the more you can save.

online payment功能是怎么操作的？一般都是授权自己账户pay去其他账户，难道这个destination账户可以要求其他银行账户pay进去？我没搞懂。

投诉！！！我online投诉了，直接就说啥通知都没有就收钱，不给waive就给我取消卡，不到3天就把0.95给waive了，过一个星期又收到信解释了这个钱啥时候收。

貌似如此，还没试过，扣了几次0.95也随它去了，也懒得去试用这种功能，BPay照旧

那还得每个月投诉恐吓一次
算了，0.95也懒得去做，要不下次采取网上转账免了手续费，要不就继续BPay忽视0.95，要不直接跟他们说拜拜。
