Thank you for entering our promotion, and for supporting our brand!
We are aware that there is an issue with our customers not receiving confirmation of their entry, and are working to fix this for our next promotion.
I can confirm that we did receive your four entries, and submitted it to our EFTPOS gift card supplier on 16.08.
As stated in the Terms & Conditions of the promotion, it takes 4-6 weeks for our customers to receive the gift card after we submit it to our supplier. So please be patient, and keep an eye out in the mail.
In regards to your receipt for your wife, please submit it the same way you did for your first purchase.
Please let me know if you have any further issues with receiving the card.
