问题不是这220啊，问题是search了又问题得买家出钱修复~那就不是小数了
这个search包含了挺多项目，比如违规建啊什么的~~~
其中就包括这个
the search of the local council records, may be counterproductive to you for the following reasons:
· The search will trigger the council to investigate the property which may cause the council to act upon incomplete works by issuing works notices against you as the buyer;
· The council’s enquiries may discover works that are completely unapproved causing them to issue a works notice or a notice of demolition
· Even if you have a protective clause in the contract the council search often returns incorrect information which the council will not warrant.
NOTE: the one exception to this advice is if the council has issued a demolition or work order prior to the date you signed this contract. The presence of an order of that type would give you the ability to withdraw from the purchase if the seller didn’t agree to comply with the order. |
