前提是

I can let you know, if you're not an Australian Resident for taxation purposes you don't declare any foreign sourced income.


So, a Chinese resident receiving Chinese sourced income, the income isn't declared in Australia.

但是如果你父母是PR(澳洲为长期住所)或者住够了半年成为了tax resident ，那么中国养老金属于assessable income

大家一直在讨论中国退休金报税和以后领养老金要扣减的问题，我就在想，等到可以领养老金了，就去申请中国别发退休工资了 发了影响澳洲的养老金额度而且人民币又不能在澳洲用 大家觉得这是可行的吗？

if you're a tax resident in China, liable for tax in China, and you receive a Chinese government pension, it will only be taxable in China. 这个就是说只要在中国纳税，在澳洲这边就不需要再缴税了。
查了上海市税局的网站，有这条“在领取环节，个人领取的个人养老金，不并入综合所得，单独按照3%的税率计算缴纳个人所得税，其缴纳的税款计入“工资、薪金所得”项目。”这样的话，意思是不是国内养老金有交税？
但国内的朋友又说养老金没交税的，所以更懵了。
