Full Time Experienced Administration Manager
Annual Salary 45k - 60k
The Company
Our company is one of the most respected local property developers in Sydney and Melbourne. We focus on residential and commercial property developments and provide customers with range of property services.
Due to the continued growth of our company, an exciting opportunity is currently available for an experienced administration Manager for our Sydney office.
The Role
• Answering incoming calls, taking accurate messages
• Greet clients in a professional and friendly manner
• Mail and fax distribution
• Stationary procurement and office maintenance
• Preparing receipts and remittance
• General data entry
• Diary Management
• Filing
• Drafting and preparation of business documents
• Adhoc administration duties
The successful candidate
• 1-3 years min local administration experience in practice
• Have a good understanding of Microsoft, candidate with experience of MYOB will be considered with priority
• Prefer a candidate with experience from the property development field
• Detail oriented
• Young and vibrant team member
• Mandarin/ Cantonese preferred
• Immediate start
