背景:
买了新房子, 下星期就搬家。 也把 TPG 的网络也移去新家了。我是在电话上同 TPG 讲的。 只听懂大概的意思。
今天收到TPG 的电子邮件才仔细看。
Dear Customer,
Your request to change your current service to an ADSL2+ with Home Phone
bundle at your new address is now in progress.
A new contract will restart or your current contract continues depending
on remaining length of your current contract. Please visit the additional
pricing page of your current service for details.
Your ADSL2+ with Home Phone service will be installed at your address
within 10-20 business days.
To monitor your installation status please visit
www.tpg.com.au/home-install-status/ and log in with your username
xxxx.
Please note, attached is the CSG (Customer Service Guarantee) waiver
you have agreed when submitting the Change request.
Your acceptance of this waiver of your rights & protections under the
CSG will take effect in 7 days from your registration date unless,
before the expiry of that 7 day period, you withdraw your waiver and
communicate that withdrawal to TPG. If you do withdraw your waiver,
TPG will not be able to supply the bundle service to you.
