Broadband
Broadband customers in NSW may of been disconnected from and unable to reconnect to the internet. Affected customers would of been unable to access websites and check email. Please be aware that Netphone customers may of been unable to place or receive calls.
Technical Summary:
A large loss of customer connections was observed in NSW.
Resolution:
<b>Update 26/03/2016 10:30PM WST:</b> iiNet Engineers will conintue to monitor customer connections, impact to customers has now been restored.<br><br>
<b>Summary of Updates:</b></br>
<b>Update 26/03/2016 8:30PM WST:</b> Engineers are continuing maintenance, some NBN and ADSL customers with Fetch TV may experience intermittent dataflow.<br>
<b>Update 26/03/2016 6:00PM WST:</b> iiNet Engineers have restored services, however must complete some final maintenance to resolve the full impact. This may cause some brief disconnections for affected customers.<br>
<b>Update 26/03/2016 4:20PM WST:</b> iiNet Engineers are currently investigating.
