Office Assistant

Kidswear Company based at Rydalmere NSW looking for an Office Assistant. The duties for this position include:
Data entry, maintain inventory database, answer customer queries by phone and by email, , liaison with retail stores regarding their queries and requests, and other office duties.
To be qualified, you need to be:
Fluency in both English and Mandarin
Good communication skill both oral and written
Good Excel knowledge and skills
Attention to details, dedicated, hardworking and good time management skills.
Must be able to multi task.
