Tech Mpire to update on operating performance

Tech Mpire (ASX:TMP) re-listed on the ASX earlier in the month, following an oversubscribed $6 million capital raising with strong demand and participation from both institutional and sophisticated retail investors.

At the time the company said the recent months’ financial results indicate that revenue growth is increasing significantly.

Adding that trading and demand from advertiser clients for the June quarter was strong, with revenue for May was A$1.58 million, representing 27% month-on-month growth following April (A$1.25 million).

Tech Mpire has today requested a trading halt by the ASX, pending an announcement relating to the company’s recent operating performance.

The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Wednesday 22nd July 2015, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.

TMP REPORTS RECORD REVENUE OF $10.1 MILLION FOR THE DECEMBER QUARTER
QTR ON QTR REVENUE INCREASE OF 34% EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS

• Tech Mpire has achieved record quarterly revenue of $10.1 million for the December Quarter

• Significantly outperforms quarterly revenue expectations of $9.4 million outlined in the prior
market update

• Revenue of $10.1 million represents a phenomenal 34% increase on the September quarter

• Marking the sixth consecutive quarter of revenue growth since business launch in July 2014

• Client growth continues to be fueled by:

• the Company’s demonstrated ability to consistently deliver results; and

• increased demand experienced from outside of North America following successful
business development initiatives

Tech Mpire Limited (ASX: TMP) (Tech Mpire or Company) is pleased to advise it has again achieved
record quarterly revenue. Revenue for the December quarter was $10.1 million, representing a
significant revenue upgrade and outperforming the prior revenue expectations of $9.4 million (refer
announcement dated 16 December 2015). The increase in revenue on the September quarter, initially
anticipated to be 25%, has grown to 34% for the December quarter.

The achievement of $10.1 million in revenue in the December Quarter marks six consecutive quarters of
revenue growth since the Company’s launch in July 2014. This demonstrates the Company’s
strengthening reputation as a trusted brand in the online and mobile advertising market.

Tech Mpire’s growth continues to be driven by consistent delivery of results for its clients and the key
strategic focus of expanding both its client and affiliate base internationally. Further details regarding

Tech Mpire’s performance will follow in the Company’s quarterly announcement scheduled for release
next week. The Company’s first half yearly financial report (six months to 31 December 2015) since
listing is due to be released in February.
