Entry to Year 7 in 2017

Applications for selective high schools in 2017 are now open. Apply here. Apply before 10.00 pm on 16 November 2015. Applications can only be made online through this website. Read the application information and the parents' overview before you apply.

Registration

Applications close on 16 November 2015 at 10:00 pm. This website will close at that time and no late applications will be accepted.
First register your email address. Do not use your child’s email address. After registering you will get an email with a password and a link to the online application website. Then you can apply online.
Check your mail often to receive information about your application during the placement process.
Sometimes some email providers such as Gmail will not accept our emails with attachments. If this happens we have to send information by post. To avoid this:
Add ssu@det.nsw.edu.au to your email contacts list
Check the 'junk' or 'spam' folder regularly.
Contact the Unit if you do not receive an email confirming your application an hour after you have submitted it.
If you cannot use your email address after completing your application, choose 'Mail only' in the contact details. Then correspondence will be by post.
The Unit keeps all correspondence with parents  and carers confidential.
