请问这样的出租房屋方式靠谱吗

想要租房。然后上网看到一个出租房屋的广告。价格比同样房屋条件的要低。还说房主因为工作原因回国好几年所以出租房子。说房租是次要的。主要是希望有一个干净整洁的人帮忙看家所以价钱不高。给我发了邮件让我回答了问题。如果我觉得可以的话就把水电账单钥匙什么的从国内寄给我。但是我是没有这样租过房子的。所以不知道里面会不会有什么问题或者是骗子。我把邮件贴上来大家帮忙看下啦。谢谢各位啦。

Yes the apartment is available, I will be leaving for China today been Saturday,my wife and kid have been in China since Thursday setting up our new place , We will be away for approximately 3 years as my contract stands, no one will be around throughout the time we will be away that is the reason we are leasing out the property. It is an 100% furnished apartment, it's all for you and however you wish to reside. The money is not the actual reason for the rent, but the need for someone to occupy the flat so as to maintain the facilities in the apartment, we need a clean and tidy tenant who will be hygienic and in best place to make the apartment always maintained.

  Like i said, the point i am emphasizing on is your ability to take good care of the apartment for us because that's the only property we have left in the Country. Please visit the surrounding area and see how satisfactory it is. We will arrange the delivery of the keys and utility bills if you are pleased with the environment and ready to take the apartment.

I have attached pictures of the apartment, and i hope you can maintain it as it is. The apartment appears as shown in the pictures attached within. We are a very clean family and i hope you and your wife can also please do your best too make it clean and tidy at all times. The kitchen is well garnered and set to every modern standard. Please we will need your assurance that the apartment will be kept clean as always.Rental fee of $350/weekly includes Water, Cables tv, Internet wi-fi and Electricity bills with a washing and drying machine,fridge, kitchen set, full set electronics and heater is also in the apartment.

First time payment is 1 months rent and Bond as upfront.

Kindly fill out the rent application form if ready to proceed.

我的疑问就是就算我提供证件给他。怎么能证明就是我自己的证件呢。然后他如果寄给我钥匙。我也大可以复刻一把一样的。虽然我肯定也不会这么做或者提供假证件之类的（是真心要租房哦）。就是觉得这种方式出租自己的房子不冒险吗。我可不想被骗啊。但是他这个房子的价格还有位置以及设施齐全是我真不想错过的。纠结ing

骗子，以前在国内时上网找墨尔本的房子，也遇到过，好像是中东或者什么地方的人，有视频的，后来老公也觉得没有遇到过这样租房的，就问了一个澳洲的朋友，告诉我们不要相信这个。

这不好说， 我朋友，夫妇俩带个小孩，这边买房没多久，由于临时决定要回国2年，就把那房租出去了。
