I am writing this letter to you as a formal notice about the termination management for 18/18 willson Street , parramatta , NSW, 2150.
Since I complained with your service in December 2014, my tenant wasn't happy with your response about broken shower door last month because their report was passed to me after 3 months later, This broken door could cause severe body injury and I can not afford the cost of the accident.
After serious consideration, I decide to terminate the management agreement between us from 01/06/2015 and will manage it by myself.
Please get ready for the change of management agent form , I ll go to your office and take over all the related documents by 01/07/2015.
