邻居刚刚盖好的房子想出租给中国留学生

各位同学我隔壁家的哥们儿（洋人，基督徒，很友善）刚刚盖好房子。房子是2室的两层unit。家具全新、有车库、哥们儿很好相处，健谈的人。如果你想好好学习和学习英文，和洋人一起生活是一个很好的方法。哥们儿平时很安静，环境适合学习，有两个浴室，所以不用担心。具体情况可以直接和他了解，很好说话的。
