Transaction module is for you to enter create invoice, doing receipt, posting etc.
Cards module allows you to maintain your debtors' data base, your products data base etc.
Enquires module allows you to do transaction search by debtors, items (products),document numbers etc.
Reports module allows you to do aging analysis on your items (products), debtors etc.
GP also has smart list function which allows you to export a excel compatible file at any time. When you need to do some sorting with huge amount of transactions that would be helpful if you can do it through a spreadsheet.
