宽带安装求助

我在 Rhodes 租房 apt，住了一个多月，从搬入就开始申请宽带，已经试了三家：ClubTelco，Belong 和 TPG，选的都是 ADSL2+ / Home Phone Bundles，很郁闷三家都告诉我装不了。这三家都是走 Telstra 的网络，Belong 和 TPG 都是寄过来 modem，过了一周多才告知不能安装。Belong 的解释是 incompatible infrastructure，TPG 的邮件解释比较清晰，如下（地址马赛克，我能确定提供的地址是正确的）：

Thank you for choosing TPG as your Internet and Home Phone Service Provider.

Unfortunately we have been advised by Telstra that the address UNIT xxxxx RHODES 2138, where you wish to have ADSL2+ with TPG Home Phone installed is either fed directly via Fibre optic or via a RIM which is Fibre, thus unable to carry the ADSL signal. If the address that you had supplied (as above) is incorrect or incomplete in any way, please let us know as soon as possible. We will be able to make these corrections and resubmit your application.

However, if the address supplied is correct, unfortunately this technical limitation is beyond TPG’s control and unfortunately we will not be able to proceed with your application further.

看邮件意思是我这里能装光纤？可是我在 NBN 输入地址也是不可用啊。之前也很想装 Optus cable，可惜这地址也不支持。

请问大家有遇到装宽带这么麻烦的吗？还有什么网络运营商可以推荐？

抱怨一句，土澳的 IT 基础设施真烂，怪不得互联网发展严重滞后。政府大把钱去反恐，还不如实实在在把基础设施搞好。

那就telstra 和optus呗。。。。。这俩巨头总有一个行的。。。

同情一下。我也曾经被telstra 的pair gain电话系统搞过。
一般的电话线是铜线，可以用来接ADSL2+。你的电话线是光纤，这个光纤只是用来传输电话信号的,和NBN没关系。
申请telstra 的网络了，现在只能缠着Telstra给你想办法了。

你的情况我也没有经历过，不知道是怎么回事，反正希望你能够尽快解决网络的问题

还没联系 Telstra，看之前三家都是走 Telstra 网络的都不能装。

如果需要很贵的初转费（线路引入），是不是需要房东或物业承担？

土澳真的实在是太土鳖了，Rhodes 那么新的区

如果是Crown 在Rhodes 的楼盘，只能NBN。后来新建的大致类同。

NBN也要问ISP，光看输入地址查询有时不准，cable ADSL也是

T的问题不是贵  而是无unlimited可选

500G 足够了
