# 不是,是打个比方。 我用的BANKWEST现在还得只剩下几万了,本来想把房子出租但是问银行银行提醒说从REDRAW账户里提出来的钱不能做负扣税,然后上网查了查才知道是怎么回事。 我现在有点不太明白的是,现有房屋的租金算我的正收入,但是如果把钱从现有房屋的REDRAW账户里提出来放到新房的OFFSET账户里,现有房屋贷款产生的利息在退税的时候不算我的支出?

From legal point of view, if BANKWEST现在还得只剩下几万了,
1. only the interest of that left 几万 loan is tax deductible.
2. the interest of those redraw amount is not tax deductible.
In theory, the ATO should be able to have the full record of that loan account as BANKWEST is an Australian Bank, rest is up to you decide.
In practice, be very careful about the consequences and calculate your risk and return of breaking this law term in reality :)
--> To avoid too much loss and risk, better go to an account --> guess you will get the same suggestion as above |
