有投资房还能领救济金么？最后跟贴：楼主问的问题没错啊，为什么有那么多的攻击。按照法律办事就可以了，法律有不管有钱人没钱人，只要达到这个标准。比如台湾发购物券标准规定每个台湾人都有，一视同仁。并不是只有穷人可以拿，有钱有房有投资的人也可以拿。经济好的时候，一个人买了2套房子，也是为经济做了贡献。可惜，还没赚钱经济就不好了，变成负资产，而且没工作了。按照这个情况，就可以享受社会福利，否则政府还让不让他活啦！你说把房子卖了？卖了欠债更多！再说，如果有钱人就是不买房子，全部现金。现在没工作，他照样可以拿救济，这是规矩。不是按照有没有房子作为发不发救济金的标准。最后发表：fiji ...2	zhendeya 2009-1-16 23:42	366074	fiji 2009-2-13 13:13

Urgent! 有律师在吗？真的需要帮忙 - 关于tenancy - compensation 最后跟贴：非常感谢谁能帮我看看，我的机会是多少。。。对不起得写英文，比较熟系。现在：Landlord的real estate agency 一口咬定，他们没有responsibility,说我take advantage or their goodwill to help & if it goes court (CTTT tribunal hearing) 他们会让我赔偿他们的损失 (as to what their costs are 我不清楚）我想问的：我们如果去Consumer Trade & Tenancy Tribunal去打官司的话。我的赢出的机会高吗？注:我很organised. 已经把所有的 events summary, email trail, photos, car repaint quote x 3, 有关concrete corrosion故事(google的)都送去了CTTT 还有landlord real estate agency. - 上星期去过一次CTTT hearing了，可是landlord那边没有人来。Hearing Adjourned,定我们在2个星期内，交换所在法庭上呈上的documents Basic Story is as below: Topic: Chemical damage on tenant’s car roof Cause: Moisture Corrosion on unit 27’s allocated car park’s concrete ceiling Tenants: Me & my husband Seeking compensation for : 1. Repair fees for car roof damage – Repaint job - Cheapest quote = $1,844.29 2. Reimbursement in rent paid for allocated car spot over a period of 19 weeks - $70 x 19 weeks = $1,330 Summary: - Raised issue with named Real Estate Agency the day after car suffered damage on weekend of Sat – Sun, 28 September 2008 - Took actions immediately to mitigate further damage (Ie: get marks professionally washed & parking elsewhere – outside and wherever inside that has room) - Asked for issue to be escalated to landlord & building owner - Asked for problem to be fixed, which has since then been repaired but to no avail - Never notified that the leakage has been fixed & can park back into allocated car spot, so have not been able to park in a spot that is covered by rent over the last 19 weeks - Initially real estate agency fail to acknowledge that this has anything to do with them (since it is common property area) and pass me onto strata management, who in return said it wasn’t their problem as it is private property - Real estate agency only took me seriously after I was advised by CTTT to write a ‘Letter of Demand to the landlord on 15 December 2008 and sent it c/ of real estate agency. - Managing principal of real estate took matter in hand and made contact with the builder to directly compensate for the damages - I flagged that I have 30 day window to lodge an application to CTTT from date of issue of the ‘Letter of Demand’ to both real estate agency & builder (definite answer sought by COB, 12 January 2009) - Real estate agency became less responsive. Builder is a disappearing act. - Builder made empty promises from non identifiable public domain emails & trying to drag on responding to me after the 30 day cut-off window - After 4 months of getting no definite answers from anyone. 800,000 jobless in 16 months 最后跟贴：Tim Colebatch February 4, 2009 THE Treasury has stopped short of forecasting that Australia is heading for recession, instead predicting that the economy will grow by a minimal 0.75 per cent next financial year — while unemployment climbs to 7 per cent. The figure implies that within 16 months, roughly 800,000 Australians will be unemployed, up from 500,000 last December, and that unemployment by mid-2010 will be almost double the 458,000 officially out of work a year ago. But Treasury's forecasts imply that the worst of this slump — which it is not yet ready to call a recession — could lie even further ahead. It sees employment skidding downhill in coming months, then remaining flat over 2009-10 while unemployment grows by almost 20,000 a month. The recession of 1990-91 really began in late 1989, but unemployment did not peak until three years later, by which time it was 11 per cent. The International Monetary Fund last week forecast that this will be the worst global slump since the Great Depression of the 1930s. The Treasury forecasts released yesterday are stun-ningly different from those it put out three months ago. At the time, the global economy was crashing around us, and business sales were slumping, yet the Treasury told us it would do no more damage to Australia than the introduction of the GST. It sees a different world now. It forecasts that business investment will be flat over this financial year, then crash by 15.5 per cent in 2009-10. Consumer spending, which makes up 60 per cent of economic activity, would grow just 0.5 per cent. Export volumes would grow just 0.5 per cent next year, while prices would crash, pushing the terms of trade down and the current account deficit up. Total spending in the economy would actually shrink by 0.25 per cent, the Treasury predicts, and the only reason output would rise is that with business buying fewer machines, the import share would fall. The Treasury does not publish its estimates of population growth. But if one assumes the population grows by 1.5 per cent a year, that would imply that GDP per head — the real bottom line of the economy — would fall by 0.5 per cent in 2008-09, and a further 0.75 per cent in 2009-10. But it would not be a bad time for those who keep their job. Treasury expects inflation will be down to 2 per cent by June, and stay there, whereas hourly wages will rise 3.75 per cent this year and 3.25 per cent next year.
