五类“人”逆势赚到钱 --BY 中国证券网最后跟贴：股市蒸发24万亿五类“人”赚到钱--来源：中国证券网 2008-10-29 08:12 　　上证指数从去年10月16日的6124点一泻千里，直到昨日上证指数最低点1664.93点，最大跌幅近73％；而伴随着股指节节下滑，两市市值亦如洪水决堤，一发不可收拾。据统计，从去年高点至今市值已经蒸发了近24万亿。哀叹不已的股民不禁疑问，我们的真金白银究竟都去了哪？　　蒸发数额惊人：24万亿！　　24万亿意味着什么？24万亿比我国2006年全年的GDP还多；相当于建18条京沪高速铁路；相当于近344个巴菲特资产的总和，这么一笔巨大的财富却在无形中灰飞烟灭。不仅是股市市值，受股市暴跌影响，多家上市公司老总身家也急速"蒸发"。国美老总黄光裕个人的持股市值因股价的暴跌从100亿港元降至50亿港元左右；万科老总王石所获得股票市值已经损失了近1亿元，其余200余名激励对象账户内的股票，市值损失合计超过15.9亿元。　　仅几万亿的实际资金投入　　有一个颠扑不破的科学真理：能量守恒，物质不灭。也就是说，没有什么东西会平白无故的消失不见，物质是永存的。股票也是如此，分析人士表示，中国股市虽说号称蒸发了24万亿人民币，但实质上只有几万亿的实际投入资金而已。就是这几万亿资金炒高了整体的A股市值。　　长城证券首席分析师张勇认为，股市是一个虚拟经济，股价只是一个货币符号，在不同点位下代表着不同的数字。整个股市有2/3处于非流通状态，加上流通价的下跌产生了一定杠杆效应。"事实上，股市是流通者的4万亿撬动着13万亿的资本流动。当时计算的市值也并非代表真正有那么多货币在股市。" 　　举一个简单的例子来说，你有三亩地，以1万元的价格卖了一亩给别人，于是市场价就是1万元，你还有2亩，身价就是2万元。后来那个人把地转给另一个人，2万元成交，于是每亩市场价升到了2万元。于是你的资产就要重新计算了，变成4万元。最后那亩地被辗转交易多次了，最后接手的人用了100万元，于是最新的市场价达到了100万元，你资产又要重新计算了，你有200万元了。后来碰到经济萧条，最后接盘的人被迫以1万元卖掉土地，市场价格又回到了1万元。你的资产打回原形，从200万元到起点2万元，中间蒸发了198万元。其实就是一场纸上富贵，并没有真实金钱的损失。　　可见，市值蒸发并不等同于真实的财富缩水，这种蒸发的奇观源于"边际撬动"的现象，即某个交易日里仅仅有10％的股票交易，就能把股票价格带到一个不可思议的高度，那么其他90％的没参与交易的股票也自动分享了这一"疯狂的荣耀"，于是乎，市值是一个怪物，它有属于自己夸张的"数字杠杆"。　　五类"人"赚走了钱　　那又有投资者要问了，既然没有蒸发掉那么多钱，那实际蒸发掉的钱呢，有人赚到钱了吗？答案是有的。不过赚钱的当然不是我们散户。　　那股市里的钱呢，那钱去哪了呢？分析人士表示，有五类"人"把钱赚走了，一是税收和券商收益；二是上市公司以及公司的"大小非"们；三是掌握市场信息者；四是游资；五是极个别的散户。　　第一类　　国家税收、券商收益　　国家和券商这块不用说，不论股民赚和赔，只要股市还在运转，他们就有钱赚，只是多一点和少一点的问题，每年从几亿到几百亿不等，无疑都是股民作的贡献。今年上半年证券印花税就达836亿。前三季度证券公司实现佣金收入也达799.2亿元。当然，这天经地义，全世界都一样，只能祈求管理层能把税率再调低一点。　　第二类　　上市公司及"大小非" 　　上市公司以及公司的"大小非"们也是赚走钱的一大主力。前者依靠IPO、增发、配股等种种方式从股市圈钱，上半年上市公司通过各种方法融资达2244亿。后者依靠投资者用真金白银炒高的价格在高位套现离场。今年以来的前8个月，大小非减持股票套现达334.43亿元。　　第三类　　内幕消息掌握者　　在这个信息时代，信息就是财富。在股市这个信息不对称的市场里，谁掌握了信息，谁就能赚钱。　　有一类人就是得到可靠的内幕消息后，凭借关系从银行贷出数千万甚至上亿资金，在几个星期或几个月快速运作，大赚一把，然后还给银行，退出股市。难怪有人说，中国最富的人群，并不是那些抛头露面的企业家，而是暗地里调动几十亿甚至几百亿的幕后"资本家"。还有人说，中国私人原始资本积累已经完成的主要有两类人：一是国有资产私人化的人；二是证券市场交易内幕化的人。这或许有点夸张，但却实在令人深思。　　第四类　　快进快出的游资　　游资，也就是热钱。是指为追逐高额利润而在各金融市场之间流动的短期资产，它具有投机性强、流动性快，倾向性明显的特征。　　游资在股市的特点是快进快出，一般只阻击有7％涨幅左右的股票，迅速拉上涨停板后，挂巨单封死涨停板，如果其在涨停前已经吸够筹码，那么封停只不过是为了明天高开出货而已。第二天，他们会利用资金使股价高开，然后快速拉高诱多，然后迅速卖出。一般追涨的散户还没反应过来，他们已经全身而退了。　　第五类　　极个别散户　　当然，从我国有证券市场以来，也确实出现过从几万元到上亿资产的投资幸运高手。然而，这只能以数百万分之一来计。比如著名的股神"杨百万"，其实大部分赚钱的散户都是运气好。然而，更多的股民是"下地狱"，最近有媒体报道的那个湖南娄底小股民义武从去年3月13日初涉股海，一年间，24万元的积蓄和借款缩水不足7000元，其月工资仅有千余元。账单显示，这位"股神"在短短一年时间里，交易次数高达500次、支付了超过3万元的手续费和超过3万元的印花税，他的两个同伴的遭遇和他一样。　　散户的资金，在世界证券史中有一个典型的名称叫"笨钱"。英国《经济学人》的主编沃尔特·白芝浩曾对"笨钱"做过经典的描述说，"这些我们称之为’笨钱’的财富，特别庞大和热切，它们若投怀送抱，便会造就暴发户；它们若碰撞到谁，便有了投机者；它们如果迅速逃离，便留下恐惧和萧条。" 　　■记者观察　　为何多数散户资金"蒸发"快？　　据统计，目前的A股市场中，持股市值100万元以下的中小投资者占到总数的99.4％，占总市值的50％，业界把这些人统称为"散户"。作为普通投资者，不可能像财政和券商那样旱涝保收，不可能拥有"大小非"的低成本优势，更没有本事从股市里"融资"，因此，要想在股市里成功，低位买入，高位逃顶是散户赚钱的不二法门。　　但自我国股市创立以来，媒体报道过从几万元炒到上亿资产的幸运投资高手，然而，这只能以数百万分一来计，出现的概率不比买彩票高多少。更多的情况是，大量股民炒股初期赚了点小钱，最后又全部赔了进去，而且，还亏掉了老本。散户为什么老是成为最后的买单者，而不能成为永远的赢家？答案是，散户终究只是散户，这是"宿命"。　　一方面，散户恐惧下跌，而且本金有限。因而在市场真正跌至谷底的时候，要么被吓傻了，不敢进场，要么是因为手里已经没钱，想"抄底"也是心有余而力不足。因此，散户很难买在低位。　　再者，散户喜欢跟风、追高。当股市经过了一段时间的上涨，已经积累了不小的升幅之后，多数普通投资者才开始关心股市，这时进场的话，已没有太大的成本优势可言。随着股市进入主升段，"赚快钱"的独特魅力开始吸引越来越多的股民投身股市，疯狂炒作那些具有标志性意义的热门股，出于"再赚一点就走"的贪欲考虑，高位进场的多数人不再愿意离场。由于舍不得离场，散户最终的下场只能是在随后的熊市中越陷越深，逢低"补仓"，直至打光最后一颗子弹。（新快报）最后发表：jialiren	jialiren 2008-10-29 15:18	01311	jialiren 2008-10-29 15:18

The Government is imposing an optional fee for big depositors in banks, building societies and credit unions in order for them to obtain a guarantee. This will reduce the incentive for money to flow from bodies without the guarantee into those protected by it. Regulators are also looking at further action to help institutions not covered by the government's bank deposits guarantee, such as mortgage funds. The Government is reluctant to extend the guarantee, but regulators have been asked to report on ways to keep this sector viable and stable. Regulators are also examining ways to ensure people in genuine hardship can be looked after when funds freeze redemptions. Thirteen of the 20 biggest mortgage funds have frozen their assets due to pressures on their liquidity. Mr Swan said yesterday's measures had been recommended by the Reserve Bank, the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority, the Australian Securities and Investments Commission and the Treasury. They "further refine and strengthen the guarantees the Government has provided Australians in these uncertain times", he said. The move follows a week of furious argument between the Government and the Opposition over the guarantee. Yesterday's change effectively puts a limit, albeit a small one, on the guarantee that Prime Minister Kevin Rudd stressed was comprehensive when he announced it. The move came as the global credit crisis claimed another victim, with GE Money's retreat from key market segments. GE Money will no longer offer home loans, motor finance or small business loans, although it will continue to provide other services such as retail store finance and credit cards. The company will axe 335 jobs as it deals with the increased costs of lending. In the next month 100 jobs would go, with the remaining 235 spread over the coming year, it said in a statement. In other developments: â- European sharemarkets were sinking last night, down between 5% and 7%, following the Australian market's 2.6% fall. â- A drop in confidence sent the dollar from US67.52¢ to a low of 61.87¢ - a fall of almost 6¢ in less than 24 hours. â- The Government moved to reassure small businesses facing hard times as growth contracts. â- In good news for home buyers, non-bank lender RAMS Home Loans has lowered its variable home loan interest rate by a further 20 basis points to 8.19%. This makes it one of the lowest. National Australia Bank chief executive John Stewart last night welcomed the action on bank deposits over $1 million, and took a swipe at the Opposition. "The design of this guarantee is sensitive and complex and it has been important to get it right," he said, adding it was "unfortunate that this process has been so highly politicised". ANZ spokesman Paul Edwards said the announcement was welcome in providing certainty. "The arrangements are sensible and are another positive step in supporting a strong banking system in Australia." Duncan Fairweather, executive director of the Australian Financial Markets Association, said: "The Treasurer has managed to strike an astute balance that restores competitive equilibrium in the banking industry." But shadow treasurer Julie Bishop said Mr Swan had failed to resolve the crisis in the investment fund market, "caused by the Rudd Government's bungled implementation of an unlimited guarantee for bank deposits". The announcement "does nothing to solve the problem of a flight of funds from institutions excluded from the guarantee", she said. A tiny 0.5% of account holders are affected by the fee, which would only cut in for the portion of a deposit above $1 million. The premium that big depositors will pay will vary according to the credit rating of the institution.The fee will apply from November 28. Institutions are expected to offer big depositors separate products - one with the guarantee plus fee and one that does not carry the guarantee. The Government is also extending the guarantee to Australian branches of foreign banks for funds raised from Australian residents. The Government's earlier October 12 guarantee covers 15 million deposit accounts with $800 billion, and fund-raising facilities of $1.2 trillion used by financial institutions to finance small business investments and home loans. At a summit in Brisbane attended yesterday by more than 500 people from the small business sector, the Prime Minister announced $4 million for financial advice, promised that the Government would pay its bills on time or small business could charge penalty interest, and pledged new procedures to make it easier for these businesses to sell to the Government. Meanwhile state and federal ministers who oversee unemployment benefits have met to fine-tune operations in anticipation of higher unemployment and tougher economic times. "We expect the unemployment figures to rise," said the federal Minister for Employment Participation, Brendan O'Connor. CBA 减息 0.21% 最后跟贴：CBA trims home loan rates Commonwealth Bank of Australia has dropped its interest rates on both variable and fixed home loans after its rivals National Australia Bank, ANZ Banking Group and Aussie Home Loans all reduced their rates over the weekend. CBA will reduce its standard variable rate home loan by 21 basis points to 8.32%, and its basis variable home loan to 7.81%, the bank said in a statement. The new rates apply to both new and existing customers and will take effect from Thursday October 30. CBA also dropped interest rates on fixed home loans by up to 40 basis points for new customers, also effective from October 30. No change has been made to a one-year fixed rate home loan. Reductions apply for terms from three years, with the three-year fixed home loan reduced by 40 basis points to 7.29%. Today's changes are the result of a reduction in the bank's cost of funding over the past week, group executive of Retail Banking Services Ross McEwan said. ''We have seen some reduction in our cost of funding over the past week and as Australia's biggest lender, the Commonwealth Bank is committed to remaining extremely competitive in the mortgage market,'' he said. CBA's one-year guaranteed fixed home loan rate remains at 7.09%. This product operates like a variable loan but includes the benefits of an offset option and mortgage interest saver (redraw) option. CBA said today's move was made to remain competitive with its rivals. Price war Australia's big banks have entered into a price war on mortgages over the past three days after the ANZ Bank on Friday announced the first move on rates independently of the Reserve Bank of Australia in a decade. ANZ dropped its interest rates on variable home loans by 25 basis points to 8.32% for new and existing customers, effective from October 27. National Australia Bank (NAB) announced yesterday it was dropping its standard variable home loan rate by 20 basis points to 8.36%. The 0.2 percentage point cut would apply also to business loans, and some rates on fixed mortgages would be reduced by 0.3 percentage points, NAB said in a statement. NAB's one-year fixed home loan was cut by 30 basis points to 6.99%. NAB's announcement came hot on the heels of Aussie Home Loan's decision on Saturday to drop its rate on variable home loans for first home buyers by 30 basis points to 7.79%. Aussie Home Loans reduced interest rates for fixed home loans and will review its loan rates for new and existing customers, in line with its funding requirements, managing director John Symond told AAP. Today's move by CBA matches ANZ's standard variable rate as the lowest on offer among lenders in the banking sector.
